Quick Overview
Orders placed before 16:00 GMT processed on the same business day. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days, (Monday - Friday). After dispatch, transit takes 4–6 days, (Monday - Friday). Based on these timeframes, the estimated total delivery period is 5–9 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your purchase. After the order has been shipped, a second email will be sent with the tracking information. Shipping within the United Kingdom is free.

Shipping Information
We currently ship orders exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, international shipping and delivery to locations outside the United Kingdom are not available.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us promptly at info@byloriani.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the return steps and requirements listed in the Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@byloriani.com and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item along with its packaging. After the request is reviewed, you can request either a replacement or a full refund.

Delivery timeframes may be affected during periods of high demand, public holidays, severe weather conditions, natural events, or courier and operational disruptions.

If Your Order Is Delayed
