Shipping Policy

Quick Overview
Orders placed before 16:00 GMT processed on the same business day. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days, (Monday - Friday). After dispatch, transit takes 4–6 days, (Monday - Friday). Based on these timeframes, the estimated total delivery period is 5–9 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your purchase. After the order has been shipped, a second email will be sent with the tracking information. Shipping within the United Kingdom is free.

Shipping Information
We currently ship orders exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, international shipping and delivery to locations outside the United Kingdom are not available.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, your cancellation request must be submitted before the order has been fulfilled. Cancellation requests must be made by completing the withdrawal form available on the Withdrawal Form page. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible. If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return as listed in the Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@byloriani.com and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item along with its packaging. After the request is reviewed, you can request either a replacement or a full refund.

Potential Delays
Delivery timeframes may be affected during periods of high demand, public holidays, severe weather conditions, natural events, or courier and operational disruptions.

If Your Order Is Delayed
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery period. If the order still has not arrived after this time, contact info@byloriani.com for further assistance.
